Two notable features on this table are its’ thickness and size. At 2-1/2” thick, this table was made with 12/4 stock along the perimeter. I built it in this way to cut down on weight (at or under 300lbs). Any thicker is not really necessary for strength and stability either.

At 9’ x 5’ this table was made to double as a regulation sized ping pong table. The clients often host guests and wanted a fun activity to be a part of the table when possible. The breadboard ends not only give the table a nice aesthetic, but they will ensure flatness for decades to come.

The table was not set for photos, but you could easily squeeze in 12-14 guests, especially using the ends.

Each piece is finished with a protective oil and hardwax blend for a beautiful and warm matte finish. Finish will not water-spot.
