"The North" Ash Dining Table

Excited to share a new and original table leg design - the intention was to create some electric movement under the table.

The table top is made with three slabs of ash from northern Zionsville, IN. Not all ash wood exhibits dark heartwood like these slabs do, and the symmetry turned out quite nicely.

I fabricated the legs in-house using 2" x 1" rectangular steel, to complement the solid 1-3/4" ash top.

The table was set roomy for six guests, but it could squeeze in up to 10.

Each piece is finished with a protective oil and hardwax blend for a beautiful and warm matte finish. Finish will not water-spot.
